Our founder, Ashleigh, an avid sports women and sports psychologist competing at a provincial-level for netball and national-level open water swimming athlete, guides our mission. Since our founding in 2020, we've evolved into a sports hub that offers coaching for various sports, as well as sports clothing and equipment.
